No wizards in your hand baggage please!

Security said, “ma’am you can’t carry
As hand baggage, this chap named Harry"
"Then I simply can’t fly,"
Said Rowling with a sigh -
"For I won’t check him in – that’s too scary!"

BBC News 14/09/06: American airport staff almost stopped Harry Potter author JK Rowling boarding a flight because she would not part with the manuscript for the final book. Read about it here

    Poor Madame Rowling
    Must really be boiling
    That the Potter 7 draft
    Made it to the aircraft
    After much toiling.

    Harry to Mdm Rowling:

    Let us avoid this band
    Hold on to this wand
    We won't miss the gates
    Nor the scornful Bates
Let us fly in broom and land in our room!
