Instead of Kewney on air
They put a cabbie in his chair
And now cab fares are going through the roof!
Times Online 13/05/06: BBC falls for 'expert' cabbie's banter. The corporation’s News 24 channel later apologised to its viewers and admitted that its interviewee was not Guy Kewney, the respected editor of Newswireless.net, but a local taxi driver.
