The angry cop let out a bark;
"Hey, lower your voice in the park.
Here, folks aren't allowed
To sing out so loud -
And moreover you are no lark!"
But the judge said, "Well Am'rica teaches
That the people have right to their screeches.
In Afghanistan,
You could have a ban,
But out here his right it sure breaches!"
