With whom does the welfare of Taj Mahal lie?
Is it the UP Waqf board or the ASI?
The gorgeous world heritage site
Is now ground to an ownership fight
And all poor Shah Jahan can do is sigh!!
or, how about...
The Taj today is in the public eye
Not for beauty which none can vie
But the world's white wonder
Is now being torn asunder
By the Waqf and the ASI!
